I am a wife and mother of two children that loves to live with purpose… and can’t get enough of the outdoors. After receiving a B.S. in Communication Disorders and Psychology from Colorado State University – Pueblo in 1998 I continued with graduate studies at Northern Arizona University receiving a M.S. in Speech-language Pathology in 2000. I have spent the last several years providing speech and language therapy in the school, home, private practice, and hospital settings as well as serving in full-time ministry. I have also had the opportunity to travel internationally to train churches on “why and how” they can use ministry to special needs children and their families as an outreach to a hurting population. I currently am employed in private practice as well as with the Children’s Hospital Colorado. I provide individual speech and language services as well as consulting to parents, teachers, and churches. It is my passion to see children walk toward who God created them to be. I understand and incorporate the philosophy that it is the parents responsibility to take a primary role in raising and educating their children. Thus, nothing I do is in isolation; providing parents tools to use in their everyday lives to help their children succeed.
